     "I have a pending open offer from _____ Technology, St. Louis, MO. This is another ideal opportunity as CFO of small company...but I cannot justify the move to St. Louis and disrupting my family at this time.

     "I also am receiving another offer from _____ in Chicago this week, expected to have total compensation at about $110K."
